Will is driven by the idea that ‘creative’ and ‘media’ are two sides of the same coin and that deep connectivity between the two is the surest path to success.

He cut his teeth in the media department of Wieden+Kennedy NY and strategy department of Droga5, planning media and developing strategy for Nike, Heineken, Chobani and Prudential.

More recently, Will lead communications planning at 'creative media agency' Noble People. There, he developed strategy for brands like PayPal, Venmo, Honest Tea, Glossier, and Slack, and earned the company AdAge's Small Agency of the Years honors three years running. 

He joined Anomaly in 2017 as Head of Communications strategy in NY. After years developing that department into the powerhouse it is today, he took the next logical step in introducing Anomaly’s first media offering in late 2021.
