Global Partner, CMO

Eric joined Anomaly in 2011 as New Business Director and now serves as Global Partner and CMO. He leads the agency’s growth, brand, and technology strategies across creativity, marketing, operations, and AI.

Over 15+ years, Eric has helped scale Anomaly from two offices to a global creative network with talent hubs across Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, London, Berlin, Shanghai, and most recently, Paris. He drives high-quality agency growth through selective new business pursuits, deepening existing client relationships, and connecting talent and ideas across markets.

Eric leads Anomaly’s marketing efforts, contributing to multiple Agency of the Year wins, consistent recognition on the AdAge A-List, and features within Fast Company’s Most Innovative list. He is also a driving force behind the agency’s AI transformation, working alongside Global CEO Karina Wilsher and Chief AI Officer Chris Neff to build internal AI operating systems, deploy enterprise AI tools across creative, strategy, and operations teams, and rethink how agencies staff, price, and deliver work.

Prior to Anomaly, Eric worked at Saatchi & Saatchi’s New York headquarters across account, digital, and new business roles, where he led a team responsible for an extended run of global wins. He began his career at The Active Network, a global data and technology company focused on sport and fitness.
