Paulina is Co- Head of Strategy at Anomaly in London, where she oversees the agency’s strategic offering as well as leading on key international clients. Formerly, Paulina lead strategy for flagship accounts at adam&eve DDB, embedding new approaches to inclusivity that made Virgin Media one of the agency’s most creatively lauded and effective accounts.

Prior to a life in agencies, Paulina led digital communications at Amnesty International’s headquarters. Working to transform their global approach, she helped to increase impact across all key measures, from spearheading a headline-grabbing approach to live social media reporting to creating innovative campaigning tools for developing markets.

Paulina guest lectures at the London College of Communications and is a mentor for women’s network She Says and NABS, the communications industry wellbeing charity.
