Ariba is a product experience leader who is passionate about guiding the future of responsible technology and business transformation.

From earning a Bachelor’s of Science in Biomechanical Engineering at Syracuse University, to pursuing medical school, and ultimately embracing high-impact leadership in the startup world, Ariba’s journey perfectly highlights her conviction: the world of tomorrow is directly linked to the diversity and dedication of the minds shaping the technology of today.

Ariba’s career has been a testament to her versatility: most recently she was the VP of Product Experience and Innovation at the Ad Council where she led the non-profit’s current design innovation practice, leading organizational change and co-lead the emerging tech and media center of excellence. She is an active keynote speaker at global tech conferences for companies like Vox Media, Oglivy, Etsy, Hubspot, and Women Who Code, and has guest lectured for organizations like Columbia University, the California College of Arts, and The New School. She sat on the board of Asians In Advertising and currently chairs the Advisory Council of Women in Innovation. Ariba has also served as an adjunct professor at Parsons School of Design and currently hosts the Up Next In Tech podcast.

In her free time, Ariba mentors young women in tech as part of her mission to bring more diverse, intersectional, and marginalized voices to positions of power and leadership.
